Right in the centre - Who do you trust anyway?

Social media, and Facebook, in particular has drawn a lot of attention in recent history. Even Facebook has been critical of its own performance as they begin to fathom that they have almost no control over their content. Last year, it is reported that they shut down five million FB sites as the content was inaccurate, illegal or immoral. I would suggest that if they are trying to weed out the sites that are inaccurate, illegal or immoral then they have a long way to go yet.

Multiple fatalities in Minnedosa crash

Three people are dead following a multi-vehicle accident just south of Minnedosa on Wednesday, Feb. 14. RCMP have confirmed that the collision took place about five kilometres south of the community on Highway 10 at around 5:25 p.m.

Neepawa Natives claim a must win over Swan Valley

The objective was simple enough for the Neepawa Natives, just win the darn game. And while the team did ultimately achieve that objective, the path to get there was anything but simple.Natives forward Ashton Anderson scored the shootout winner for Neepawa, as they claimed a 5-4 win over the Swan Valley Stampeders on Wednesday, Feb. 15, at the Yellowhead Arena. In order to reach that conclusion, however, Neepawa had to twice rebound from a two-goal deficit.

The Neepawa Novas Gymnastics team attended the St.Andrews Regional Stream Competition on Feb. 10. The event featured a grand total of 12 clubs and 156 gymnasts. The Novas Team had a wonderful competition and the coaches are very proud of their results.
