A second person has been arrested in connection to the death of Niels “Arne” Nielsen in MacGregor.
TV bingo coming back to Neepawa

On Sept. 26, Neepawa's NAC-TV announced the TV Bingo will be coming back to Neepawa! NACTV board member and Bingo chair Hector Swanson and NACTV general manager Ivan Traill said that tickets will be available for sale on Oct. 1 and the first bingo will take place on Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. Bingo cards will be available at 21 locations around west and central Manitoba. The games will be broadcast live on NACTV and CJ radio.
Roads dug up in Neepawa

Some massive infrastructure work is underway at the corner of Brown Avenue and Ellen Street in Neepawa. Road crews appear to be replacing water and sewer lines in the area. No word at time as to how long the work will disrupt traffic in the area.
