This fall, twenty-one individuals signed up for an eight week Youth/Family Curling Clinic at the Neepawa Curling Club.  Individuals ranged in age from 8-years-old to adults with varying skill levels.

80 years ago. Tuesday, December 21, 1937: Santa Claus arrived from the north on the train Saturday and entertained over 1,000 youngsters ranging in age form one year to seventy. He visited with the boys and girls for 2 hours in the afternoon and gave them each a little gift. The boys and girls will not soon forget the thrill of Santa’s visit.

This time of year has always been a special time ever since I can remember.  It brought the joy of family and friends getting together by enjoying a special meal and playing games.  Everyone got involved and fellowship abounded.  It was also about remembering those who could not sit at the table with us, the people we miss, loved, and cherished.
